Test Lead

About the Job
We are looking for a Test Lead with overall 9+ years of experience, specifically in the telecom industry, to lead CRM and Billing end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate should have experience working with clients in the Middle East, particularly in Riyadh. The role involves understanding functional requirements, the business functionality, and developing comprehensive test cases.

Responsibilities

• Understand system requirements and create functional test cases
• Develop detailed manual test cases
• Execute test cases and log defects in the Jira system
• Report on defect status and aging
• Gain an understanding of the telecom domain, including GSM, Landline, and Push-to-Talk services
• Understand billing systems, such as the Canvas COTS product and Surepay systems (this is an advantage)
• Have a basic understanding of automation workflows, particularly with Selenium (a plus)
• Display good presentation skills
• Be a team player with a willingness to learn

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in testing with a focus on telecom
• Experience in CRM and Billing testing
• Knowledge of the telecom domain, including GSM Landline and Push-to-Talk services
• Relevant certifications:
  • ISTQB Certified Tester
  • Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
  • Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
