Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the validation and testing processes across all SDLC projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.
- Develop and implement test strategies, frameworks, and plans tailored to project requirements.
- Oversee and manage the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance testing and validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of test activities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in test automation, validation techniques, and AI-driven technologies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in validation and test automation.
- Manage testing resources, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software testing, validation, and quality assurance.
- Proven expertise in implementing test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
- Experience with AI/ML tools and their application in software testing is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
