Test Manager - French Speakers

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for an enterprise transformation program. The role focuses on test governance, planning, execution leadership, and release readiness, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and overall testing governance (SIT/UAT/Regression).
• Lead test execution across multiple workstreams (Salesforce + integrations) and ensure full requirements traceability.
• Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, vendors, and business users.
• Drive defect management (triage, prioritization, follow-up, reporting) and ensure timely resolution.
• Establish testing KPIs and reporting dashboards (progress, coverage, risks, readiness).
• Ensure alignment between testing cycles, release roadmap, and deployment activities.
• Support go-live preparation, cutover readiness, and hypercare validation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA, including experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager.
• Strong knowledge of test management best practices (strategy, planning, governance, reporting).
• Experience in enterprise platforms and complex programs with multiple integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira / Xray / Zephyr / Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to drive alignment across teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Tosca test automation (not mandatory).
• Experience with CRM integration testing (APIs, middleware, data flows).
• Agile / SAFe delivery experience.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
