Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
- Review drawings, specifications, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of electrical equipment and systems.
- Interpret testing data, engineering parameters, and system performance.
- Identify faults and provide support for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare testing, commissioning, and inspection documentation.
- Support integrated systems testing and final system verification.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Strong experience in Electrical Testing & Commissioning.
- Data center or mission-critical project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS/STS, and power distribution.
- Hands-on understanding of how electrical systems are installed, connected, and operated.
- Ability to analyze engineering numbers to assess whether systems are performing as designed.
- Knowledge of formal commissioning processes is an advantage but not essential.
