Position

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Testing & Commissioning / Systems Integration Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide direction and management for medium-sized projects, or several smaller projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.

You will develop and manage project scope and commercial performance to meet project goals and objectives. Planning and defining program goals while devising methods to accomplish them will be essential. You'll need to develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies to ensure projects meet or exceed established goals. Managing projects typically up to $100 million in total installed cost is a key responsibility.

Additionally, you will oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans, and other necessary documents. Assigning responsibilities for executing project plans to key team members based on their qualifications and strengths and negotiating changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors will be vital.

Your role will also involve marketing and securing additional work with clients, developing and distributing project summaries for the project team, and providing input on performance reviews and development plans for team members. Mobilizing company resources to create effective project teams, collaborating with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans, and promoting technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes will round out your responsibilities.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to meet project management certification requirements.
  • Familiarity with the integration of engineering/technical aspects, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Proven management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
  • Knowledge of current technology and effective utilization on projects.
