Testing Technician

As a Testing Technician, you will be part of the company's High Voltage business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for all testing activities of capacitor banks (HV) while prioritizing safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity to ensure that products and systems meet the required standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform HV testing activities according to prepared test instructions, drawings, checklists, guidelines, and customer order data.
• Follow all required test instructions and protocols for testing activities.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations during all activities.
• Apply lean manufacturing methods (such as 5S, 8 Wastes, Kaizen, etc.).
• Report safety hazards using the “Intelex” tool and quality issues using “NCR” in SAP/MES.
• Read and interpret HV drawings.
• Complete all required training courses, including Safety and Lean Six Sigma “white belt”.
• Communicate and collaborate actively with all colleagues.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management necessary to fulfill job requirements.

Your Background:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Electrical Symbols, Schematic, and Mechanical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
