The successful candidate will function as a Field Engineer with the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Missile Defense System. You will perform field and sustainment level maintenance type support under the THAAD Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program, supporting the lifecycle sustainment of THAAD associated hardware belonging to the UAE. The role involves providing advice, assistance, on-the-job training, and instruction to users on the operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as resolving maintenance, integration, troubleshooting, and supply problems.

Duties include:
- Providing field and sustainment level maintenance support to UAE THAAD Fire Units.
- Managing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program, including scheduling services and system upgrades.
- Performing maintenance actions and troubleshooting procedures beyond the capabilities of Enhanced Operator/Maintainers (EOM).
- Creating, updating, and completing Maintenance Actions (MA) in a timely manner.
- Demonstrating proficiency in reading and comprehending electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Conducting Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on all missile rounds in the UAE.
- Supporting movements of Missile Rounds on tactical sites.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technician experience with field and sustainment operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
- U.S. citizenship and an active security clearance at the SECRET level or higher.
- Able to meet residence requirements in the UAE.
- CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with THAAD or Patriot System(s).
- Ability to establish and maintain networks (LAN, WAN).
- Basic understanding of Unix, Linux, hydraulic operations, and the Army Supply System.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
