Position

Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a Threat Intelligence and Digital Risk Protection Specialist. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our cyber threat intelligence and digital risk protection team. The Specialist will be responsible for delivering all CTI and DRP services in accordance with customer contracts, enhancing existing services, and developing new service offerings. This position is critical for the success of Help AG’s Managed Security Services (MSS) and ensures we provide exceptional CTI and DRP services to our clients.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Work Conditions: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the CTI and DRP team.
  • Participate in all meetings related to CTI and DRP services.
  • Deliver quality service for all CTI and DRP services.
  • Conduct phishing attack investigations and create TTP-based attribution reports.
  • Monitor social media, forums, and dark web for targeted threats or brand impersonation.
  • Provide geopolitical context for cyber threats that may affect regional operations.
  • Collaborate with internal security and fraud teams on threat mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize Digital Risk Protection (DRP) platforms to identify external threats.
  • Produce threat reports with actionable intelligence.
  • Stay updated on evolving threat actor groups and techniques.
  • Manage Threat Intelligence and Digital Risk Protection services and platforms.
  • Create and manage service reports and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Cyber Security and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
  • Proficient in anti-phishing and impersonation attack analysis.
  • Strong skills in OSINT/SOCMINT tools (e.g., Maltego, SpiderFoot).
  • Familiarity with digital risk protection technologies.
  • Understanding of cyber threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Strong analytical writing skills and geopolitical awareness.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting security indicators and logs.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and common attack types.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, and CEH are preferable.
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
