Threat Management Consultant

The Threat Management Consultant provides advanced technical delivery and operational ownership for Threat Intelligence, Threat Detection & Response, SOAR automation, and Vulnerability Management platforms—primarily the company ThreatStream, the company Match, FortiSOAR, and Tenable Security Center (VA). This role ensures effective solution operation and management, leads incident and problem management, performs root cause analysis (RCA), and drives service quality improvement and continuous value addition while supporting audits and maintaining strong service leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Threat Intelligence Operations (the company ThreatStream): Manage and optimize Threat Intelligence Feeds, ensuring high-quality lifecycle management.
• Threat Detection & Response (the company Match / Darktrace): Operate and tune use-cases for threat detection and improve detection logic based on trends and incidents.
• SOAR Automation (FortiSOAR): Own operations of the SOAR solution and integrate it with security tools to reduce MTTR.
• Vulnerability Management (Tenable Security Center / VA): Enhance Vulnerability Assessment processes and produce vulnerability reporting dashboards.
• Incident, Problem Management & RCA: Lead management and conduct RCA while driving process and automation improvements.
• Service Operations, Health Checks & Upgrades: Perform health checks, capacity monitoring, and maintain service documentation.
• Quality, Compliance & Audit Support: Support audits and ensure adherence to operational governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Security Operations / Threat Management / SOC Engineering / Incident Response.
• Strong operational experience with the company ThreatStream, the company Match, FortiSOAR, Tenable Security Center, and Darktrace.
• Proven expertise in Incident & Problem Management, threat intel ingestion, and service operations best practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with attack simulation and exposure to SIEM/EDR ecosystems.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, GCIH/GCIA, Security+, CISSP are a plus.
