TikTok LIVE - Creator Network Operations Intern

The TikTok LIVE Team is dedicated to creating human-centered, real-time interactive experiences, serving ByteDance international products. As a TikTok LIVE - Creator Network Operations Intern, you will support TikTok LIVE Creator Network operations and assist in addressing their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and following up on daily issues faced by Creator Networks.
• Gathering product feedback and identifying common challenges across regional networks to optimize solutions.
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documenting service methods and case studies.
• Tracking key data metrics for Creator Networks regularly and monitoring project progress to ensure timely execution.
• Managing localization efforts and adapting local strategies to meet market demands.
• Facilitating cross-departmental communication and coordination to enhance overall interdepartmental collaboration efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish to enable collaboration and communication within the team.
• Passionate about live streaming, with a solid understanding of LIVE content and formats.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred proficiency in Arabic to collaborate with local colleagues and creator networks.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent execution and communication skills.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Turkish is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
