We are looking for a passionate Creator Network Operations Intern to support our Creator Network operations, which include partner organizations across the platform.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time Intern (3 months)
Responsibilities:
- Support TikTok LIVE Creator Network operations and assist in addressing specific needs of Creator Networks.
- Monitor daily issues faced by Creator Networks, gather product feedback, and identify common challenges.
- Develop solutions, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and document service methods.
- Track key data metrics and project progress to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage localization efforts and adapt strategies for the local market.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and enhance overall collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months.
- Proficiency in English to enable effective collaboration and communication within the team.
- Understanding of live streaming and LIVE content formats.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred proficiency in Arabic to support local colleagues and creator networks.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent execution and communication skills.
