What You’ll Bring
- 5-6 years of UAE VAT experience, particularly in managing VAT compliance and advisory matters for the real estate and hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships to support end-to-end delivery of VAT return compliance and advisory engagements.
- Experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to support and enhance VAT compliance deliverables.
- Ability to apply structured thinking to break down complex issues, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.
- An understanding of the broader objectives of the engagement and your work's contribution to overall project outcomes and strategy.
- Commitment to uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, as well as the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Development of skills outside your comfort zone, with encouragement for others to do the same.
- Effective mentoring of others and using work reviews as opportunities to deepen expertise.
