Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the logistics application portfolio, including TMS, WMS, ERP logistics modules, CRM, and system integrations.
- Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Lead TMS functional initiatives, enhancements, implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement.
- Drive application optimization, innovation, and process improvement across logistics operations.
- Ensure logistics applications are stable, available, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain the logistics application catalogue, including functionality, ownership, SLAs, and costs.
- Manage technology vendors, monitor SLAs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support application budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, information security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary functional liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with significant exposure to logistics and supply chain systems.
- Strong hands-on functional experience with TMS, WMS, and ERP logistics modules.
- Experience in TMS implementation, integration, configuration, enhancement, and support.
- Previous experience as a Functional Lead, TMS Lead, Application Manager, Business Systems Lead, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, particularly transportation operations.
- Proven experience in vendor management, SLA governance, and application ownership.
- Experience managing application budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
