T&O Management Consultant

The T&O Management Consultant at the company is tasked with leading teams in architecting future-proof, agile, and resilient organization and operating models that embrace the future of work. Key responsibilities include:

• Helping teams find optimal solutions to meet unique client business strategies, market demands, and organizational needs.
• Utilizing data and analytics to drive insights that shape end-to-end client solutions.
• Partnering with client organizational leaders to create strategic solutions at the intersection of people, organization, business, and technology.
• Designing transformational change strategies and programs tailored to client needs.
• Applying behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, and leading effective organizational diagnosis to address root organizational issues.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in areas such as:
  • Operating Model Design / Organization Design / Organization Analytics
  • Transformational Change Management
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with bonus points for an MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization applications (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
