Education/Experience Requirements
- University graduate (Computer Science or a related degree).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services with a specialization in infrastructure architecture, design, and management.
- Completion of specific courses in IT security and Infrastructure Architecture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
A. Shareholder & Financial
- Coordinate with the Head of Enterprise Architecture to provide architectural recommendations aligned with the Group’s strategy and vision.
B. Customer (Internal & External)
- Meet with internal managers and project owners to understand and document requirements, delivering suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with related departments, units, and vendors to achieve Group goals/objectives.
C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory)
- Develop and deliver the organization’s strategy, successfully implementing Infrastructure Architecture through active engagement in delivery and investment programs.
- Use industry-standard architecture methodologies to grow the Infrastructure Architecture of the bank.
- Design and build updated Infrastructure Architecture to ensure seamless data flow between systems and subsystems.
- Cover all internal systems and their dependence on multiple vendor products and services.
- Propose new enterprise standards based on business and IT needs, assisting project teams in implementation.
- Employ and enforce ITIL standards.
- Perform architecture reviews with infrastructure teams, Internal Risk Management (IRM), and audit teams to ensure compliance with standards and risk management policies.
- Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to understand their needs and implement best enterprise standards.
- Identify gaps in the Corporate Information/Data Model, addressing them with business support teams.
- Maintain a technology watch to identify relevant emerging technologies and promote awareness within the business.
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of documentation and standards for various activities and user guides per the documentation policy.
- Ensure integration of design and development standards with the Group’s governance framework.
- Ensure compliance with existing standards and policies regarding IT security, internet and VPN security, BCP, and disaster recovery.
- Carry out other requirements as assigned by the Head of IT Enterprise Architecture in alignment with the overall business plan.
D. Learning & Knowledge
- Understand user requirements and existing systems to provide proper solutions through enhancements or new systems.
- Exhibit strong infrastructure architecture knowledge and limitations affecting problem-solving methods, ensuring congruence with the Group's long-term planning.
- Initiate regular meetings to discuss progress, problems, and additional issues of concern.
- Identify areas for professional development for oneself and direct reports, fostering professional growth.
E. Other
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality and security to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
