This role is responsible for minimizing idle time or logistic time to ensure that all projects’ objectives are met by maintaining the highest levels of genuine utilization. The Tools Manager ensures that the right tools are available, in the right condition, and at the right time. They will work closely with the Planning Coordinator to optimize the tools allocation plan.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to Project Managers.
- Includes direct people management in the warehouse.
- Has knowledge of best practices in storage, inventory, and maintenance management.
- Uses judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address the shortage of critical tools.
- Analyzes data and trends to identify potential risks, opportunities, and propose solutions and strategy.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
- Liaises with site construction teams and other related professionals.
- Works closely with Project Manager and Planning Coordinator to schedule tools allocation.
- Knowledge of rent pricing and ability to record finance figures in SAP.
- Updates MSProject assignment plan or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, field service, and operation.
- Willingness to travel up to 10–20% as required by project and operational needs.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.

- Working knowledge in Sales Force Smax environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and French will be a plus.
- Experience in the energy industry including exposure to Gas Insulated Switchgear will be a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
