In this capacity, you will serve as a key leader for complex laboratory automation projects, partnering closely with various teams to ensure smooth implementation from project initiation through go-live and stabilization. A solid understanding of diagnostics, laboratory operations, and automation environments is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of WITS associates, driving strong engagement and ensuring accountability.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project execution, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with quality expectations.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary contact for customers, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operational & Process Excellence: Implement standard best practices and identify areas for process improvements to enhance project delivery.
- Commercial Support: Collaborate with commercial teams on project planning and readiness for new automation opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics, Engineering, Healthcare Operations).
- Significant experience in project management or lab automation.
- Prior experience in people management and handling customer-facing implementation projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Total Lab Automation and diagnostics automation projects.
- Experience within healthcare customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Certifications in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar are advantageous.

Travel:
Travel across Saudi Arabia may be required to support customer projects and stakeholder engagement.
