About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the execution of the TPY2 Sustainment program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is contingent upon project approval and will focus on localizing manufacturing capabilities for select TPY-2 components and enhancing repair and replacement capabilities for other selected Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires governance and surveillance of a program team within a matrixed organization through the management of critical subcontracts.

What You Will Do
- Supervise and integrate the performance of the Integrated Product Teams within the program, managing a diverse team that includes U.S. expatriates (CONUS & OCONUS), Saudi Nationals, and other foreign nationals.
- Develop and enhance customer partnerships with internal functional organizations, such as contracts, finance, procurement, operations, engineering, mission assurance, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Provide leadership for the overall performance and reporting of critical partners to meet prime contract technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives. This includes delivering performance metrics, identifying corrective actions, and ensuring that quality, schedule, and cost requirements are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with all in-country (KSA) and CONUS functional leaders to achieve all program milestones and collect related credits.
- Act as the primary customer contact, delivering program status updates and overseeing system performance while maintaining strong customer relationships at the program level.
- Manage relationships and performance of critical subcontractors within Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee and administer the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) process for all assigned programs in Saudi Arabia—chairing routine program/status reviews (e.g. SFR, SDR, DDR, etc.) and addressing risks and issues as they arise.
- Focus on evaluating, motivating, and rewarding the program team to meet sales, cash, bookings, and profit objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to direct and indirect reports.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Broad knowledge of program management principles and tools.
- Strong experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking to cost and schedule.
- Proficient in Risk & Opportunity management.
- Advanced management and leadership skills to lead cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in strategic planning and cross-program alignment.
- Knowledge of the TPY 2 system and its Mission Equipment Items (MEIs) and LRUs.
- Ability to build and work with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Skills to develop proposals and additional work scopes.
- Commercial acumen to collaborate with entities and an understanding of existing local customer requirements.
- PMX Level 5 Certification or a commitment to achieve this within 12 months.
