Trade & FX Specialist

About
The job purpose is to manage the overall NEOBIZ FX business by working in conjunction with the NEOBIZ UNIT Manager and Area Managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolio of customers to ensure being one of their main banks, securing a major share of their wallet.
• Support the FX manager Sales to develop a differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions.
• Focus on product propositions across all FX Transactions and related propositions to maximize revenue contributions.
• Coach VRM/HVRM to enhance FX business generation opportunities.
• Conduct joint calls with campaign callers/HVRM/VRM to understand client needs and advise them accordingly.
• Ensure optimum client calls are conducted weekly to maximize primary transaction banking sales.
• Proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in identified target segments.
• Arrange for relevant facility approvals as per clients' FX suitability and generate business under parameterized trade program.
• Work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG to maximize opportunities through regular contacts, feedback, coordination, and cross referrals.
• Launch customer campaigns and drive FX growth via DIGITAL initiatives.

Requirements

• Preferably a management graduate with 4-5 years of relevant working experience and in-depth knowledge of products, services, and delivery channels available for SME customers.
• Experience in FX products in the UAE market with a minimum of 3-4 years in this segment.
• Informed about market competition, industry practices, and regulations for business banking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, networking, and financial management skills.
