Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic and financial objectives.
- Analyse Trade Finance revenue performance, wallet share penetration, client profitability, and utilization trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market, client, industry, and corridor analysis to support business growth strategies.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions.
- Experience in Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in trade digitization, process automation, or technology implementation projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.

- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, and financial analyses.
- Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
