Responsibilities:
- Own the derivatives trading frontend experience and products, covering perpetual, futures, options, TradFi, and more.
- Define and execute user growth strategies to optimize the funnel from registration to first trade, improving activation and retention.
- Conduct competitor analysis and track key product metrics (user activation, conversion, trading volume, market share) to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Collect and prioritize user feedback from VIP clients, customer support, and data analytics to continuously enhance the trading experience.
- Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), coordinate with design and engineering teams, and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience in tech, fintech, crypto, or the internet industry.
- Solid understanding of derivatives trading fundamentals (margin, leverage, order types).
- Experience in launching user-facing products on both mobile and web platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin; fluent in English (written & verbal).
