The company VIP and Institutional team offers digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with various market participants, including individual traders, hedge funds, asset managers, and fintech firms, to provide top-tier services to the most influential players in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on the company's various products.
  • Provide dedicated and prompt support to institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels.
  • Offer guidance and support to VIP customers on integrating and using the company's system, including API usage.
  • Handle account and system-related issues as the first line of support.
  • Represent VIP customers to internal teams such as account, finance, risk, and products.
  • Collect customer feedback and manage projects to address product change requirements.
  • Provide system and product updates to customers to keep them informed of major changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client/trading desk support role within financial services.
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms and exchanges, including trading orders and execution processes.
  • Experience in a client management role to support client growth and business development.
  • Understanding of crypto derivative trading products is a plus.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitating cross-departmental communication.
  • Must participate in an on-call rotation, as required by the business.
  • Bilingual English is mandatory to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in API trading is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions, is beneficial.
