Trainee – Data Analyst (Coop/Tamheer)

The Engagement Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing member engagement data, identifying trends and insights, enhancing existing dashboards and systems, and creating new analytical platforms. This is a full-time on-site position located in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, under the Trainee – Data Analyst (Coop/Tamheer) opportunity.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Member Data Analysis:

   • Collect, organize, and analyze member engagement data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, email campaigns, event attendance, support tickets).
   • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform member outreach strategies.
   • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key member engagement metrics.

2. Member Segmentation and Personalization:

   • Develop informative digital channels that explain the key features and benefits of the company's services.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

   • Track and analyze customer engagement team performance and inputs.
   • Report the results of engaged customers.
   • Identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI is a must.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
