The Master Data Trainee will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling critical master data for the Group. This role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support business operations and decision-making. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, updating, and managing master data records within ERP systems.
  • Validating incoming data to ensure completeness and compliance with standards.
  • Monitoring data quality and performing regular audits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
  • Maintaining documentation of master data processes and workflows.
  • Preparing reports on data quality and workload metrics.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
  • Understanding of relational data, workflows, and data governance principles.
  • Knowledge of product data, supply chain data, or finance master data is preferred.
