Role Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training strategies, manuals, and video tutorials.
- Conduct workshops, onboarding sessions, and e-learning modules for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate technical features into clear learning outcomes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases by guiding users through workflows and capturing feedback.
- Continuously update training content as systems evolve.
- Track training effectiveness through surveys and engagement analytics.
- Provide post-launch support, refresher sessions, and updates to the knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or enablement roles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with multilingual adaptability.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate).
- Experience training users on ERP or government platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with UAT, change management, or Agile project delivery is beneficial.
