Training Specialist

Join a fast-moving national transformation programme dedicated to delivering smarter and user-friendly government platforms. As a Training Specialist, you will lead the development and delivery of learning programmes that empower users across various departments and organisations to confidently adopt new digital systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training strategies, manuals, and video tutorials.
• Conduct workshops, onboarding sessions, and e-learning modules for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate technical features into clear learning outcomes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases by guiding users through workflows and capturing feedback.
• Continuously update training content as systems evolve.
• Track training effectiveness through surveys and engagement analytics.
• Provide post-launch support, refresher sessions, and updates to the knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or enablement roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with multilingual adaptability.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate).
• Experience training users on ERP or government platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with UAT, change management, or Agile project delivery is beneficial.
