The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills, along with preferred experience in managing transportation functions in the retail domain.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities, which includes monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day.
• Deploy requested changes within the set SLA with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining a high bar on attention to detail to ensure that all changes are accurately and fully completed.
• Flexibility to work in different shift structures, including night shifts and weekends.
• Collect and analyze data to support business growth in a constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions.
• Work on scaling up processes quickly by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
• Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
• Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
• Bring data-driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute to operations and growth in the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with SQL and Python scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
