Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of transportation topology node launches. This will involve monitoring multiple operational dashboards, managing change requests from partner teams within the day, and coordinating launch activities across last mile and middle mile nodes from an execution standpoint.
- Deploy requested jurisdiction changes within the set SLA with a high degree of accuracy, while simultaneously tracking topology launch milestones and flagging execution risks in real time.
- Maintain a high bar on attention to detail to ensure all requested changes and launch actions are completed accurately, fully, and on time.

- Support business growth in a constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions
- Work on scaling up processes quickly by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
- Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences
- Bring data-driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute to operations and growth in the organization
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Supply Chain/Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework
- High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel
