About the Role
The candidate is required to coordinate and handle Trade Finance Operational product for Riyadh location on banking applications. As a Transaction Analyst in the Operations team, you will manage different components of workload, providing internal reporting on a daily basis while ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls. You will work under supervision and must act on initiative to identify tasks and efficiencies that can be implemented within the unit.

Job Responsibilities
- Processing of traditional/structured Trade Finance product.
- Monitoring transactions to ensure completion.
- Adhering to all established work and escalation processes.
- Escalating all exceptional processes and maintaining their audit trails for record purposes.
- Preparing weekly and monthly metrics.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant processes and procedures.
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolving complex customer inquiries/requirements to provide solutions in the operating environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- A university degree is required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of Banking Operations experience and up-to-date knowledge of current market practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily while ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance, and regulatory policies.
- Experience working within a matrix-style structure across teams is necessary.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
