Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of complex banking technology and digital transformation projects, focusing on transaction banking platforms and corporate banking systems.
- Lead large-scale implementation and migration projects within the banking sector.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for legacy systems to new digital platforms, including data migration, reconciliation strategies, testing, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
- Manage project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder reporting.
- Facilitate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and provide post-go-live support.
- Engage in vendor and stakeholder management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in banking technology project management.
- Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects in banking is preferred.
- Proficient in transaction banking and corporate banking systems, particularly OBDX and digital banking platforms.
- Expertise in legacy system migration, digital migration, data migration, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Strong skills in business analysis and requirement management.
- Proven project planning, governance, risk, and issue management capabilities.
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is required, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
