Transaction Banking IT Project Manager - OBDX

About the Role / Job
We are currently looking for a Transaction Banking IT Project Manager for our Qatar operations. This role requires an experienced professional to manage complex banking technology and digital transformation projects, specifically focused on transaction banking and migration programs.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in banking technology project management.
• Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
• Prior experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects in banking is preferred.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage legacy system migration to new digital platforms, which includes data migration strategy, migration planning, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery within banking environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Implement project governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and senior stakeholder reporting.
