Experience Required
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in banking technology project management.
- Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
- Prior experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects in banking is preferred.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage legacy system migration to new digital platforms, which includes data migration strategy, migration planning, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery within banking environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Implement project governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and senior stakeholder reporting.
