Transaction Banking IT Project Manager - OBDX

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Transaction Banking IT Project Manager for our operations in Qatar. This role requires an experienced individual who will oversee and manage various banking technology projects, particularly focusing on transaction banking and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in banking technology project management.
• Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
• Prior experience managing large-scale implementation or migration projects in banking is preferred.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage complex banking technology and digital transformation projects, specifically in transaction banking platforms such as OBDX and related corporate banking systems.
• Implement strategies for legacy system migration to new digital platforms, ensuring effective data migration, planning, testing, and post-migration stabilization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with project governance and planning protocols.
• Deliver projects on time and within scope while aligning with business objectives, expertly managing risks and issues, and facilitating change control.
• Collaborate with various teams—business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendors—to provide comprehensive project delivery.

Certifications and Qualifications

• Certified PMP Project Manager with expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and senior stakeholder reporting.
