Transformation & Automation Lead

As a Transformation & Automation Lead, you will be responsible for deconstructing our core services and processes, identifying optimal solutions, and rebuilding them to be faster, more efficient, and largely self-sustaining. Your role will involve automating end-to-end processes wherever feasible, touching on areas from vendor onboarding to payment, reconciliation, consumption, and cost analysis, as well as offshore reporting, resource, and asset tracking.

You will integrate AI into our operations effectively, ensuring the team uses it consistently rather than circumventing it. This requires close collaboration with those performing the work to understand the genuine processes and collaboratively design improved solutions. Your success will be measured in tangible results, such as saved hours, reduced errors, and decreased costs. Additionally, you will set the standard for automation within the organization to ensure scalability and durability of your solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with automation tools, particularly in a Microsoft-centric environment, including:
  • Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
  • Copilot and Copilot Studio (including building copilots and agents)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Microsoft Azure (data structure and modeling)
  • Process mapping and re-engineering
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, and any non-Microsoft RPA experience is a plus.

• Understanding of finance, recruitment, asset, and vendor management processes and principles.
