Transformation Initiative Lead

The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG, Enablement & Control stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading transformation initiative implementation teams, applying strong organization skills and governance best practices to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, and taking ownership of workstream issues to collaboratively develop resolutions. The incumbent will also drive communication for relevant initiatives and develop relationships that spearhead Change Management within PCG. Additionally, the role involves simplifying CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in business-related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in the Banking Industry, preferably in corporate and investment banking.
• Experience in Strategy, Business Management, and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Project Management skills required to drive large-scale transformation.
