Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, identifying key initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive business process optimization, operating model enhancements, and organizational change initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and innovation.
- Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and transformation reporting mechanisms.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business functions, and delivery teams.
- Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Track and measure transformation benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Strategy Execution.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA preferred).
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci Change Management.
- Experience leading digital transformation programs involving cloud, data, AI, ERP, or enterprise technologies.
- Experience within government, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, or large enterprise environments in the GCC region.
