Role Overview
The Transformation Manager - Reporting is responsible for implementing and managing ERP and projects systems transactions processes and their interfaces with financial systems. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Implementing SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) modules.
  • Managing the interface with Unifier (PMIS), testing for compatibility and functionality.
  • Performing integration of ERP and finance peripheral systems with non-finance business applications (e.g., PMIS).
  • Reviewing current reporting policies and processes, enhancing them by developing and implementing suitable policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors and consultants to ensure recommendations and action plans are delivered through the finance transformation program.
  • Supporting senior management on enhancement practices and ad-hoc initiatives related to reporting and control.
  • Managing budget loading, tracking, reporting, and identifying required improvements.
  • Managing current process flows and interfaces, identifying areas of improvement, optimizing processes for a streamlined data entry system.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance.
  • Finance/Accounting certifications/qualifications (e.g., CPA, ICAEW, ICAI, ICAP, ACCA, or similar).
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role with a large company, preferably in real estate development.
  • Knowledge of transactions and project systems (any of them) such as SAP PS, SAP FI, Oracle ERP, Oracle Unifier.
  • Proven experience in leading finance system implementation initiatives.
