Transformation Manager

This role involves supporting transformation initiatives and performance improvement efforts by conducting analysis, structuring insights, and contributing to high-impact internal consulting projects. Key responsibilities include performance tracking and analysis across key business KPIs, conducting deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, and contributing to structuring problem-solving approaches and project workplans. The manager will support the delivery of transformation projects across functions and prepare high-quality materials and presentations for stakeholders. Additionally, they will translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, work closely with cross-functional teams to support implementation of initiatives, and contribute to building a fact-based and performance-driven culture.

To qualify, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration, with a master’s degree in engineering management or an MBA being highly preferable. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant business, project, or program management experience is required, ideally within the retail, fuel retail, financial, or B2B industries. Candidates should also possess experience in various large organizations from the US, Europe, and the Middle East, with at least 3 years managing major transformation projects related to people and processes.
