Key Accountabilities
- Deliver end-to-end project plans for all important projects in commercial, capturing inputs from all key areas, activities, timings, and costs.
- Responsible for updating project plans at all times, including third-party partners and vendors' tasks.
- Manage a project change register that captures scope, cost, or timing changes.
- Monitor and manage allocated program budgets and targeted efficiency savings.
- Recommend and enhance the project/delivery governance model for the SBU.
- Manage all key project meetings and escalate concerns regarding scope creep, scope change, timing, or cost risks to the Head of Commercial.
- Ensure the project team is motivated and aligned around the project purpose, addressing any delays in activities to maintain the agreed project plan schedule.
- Oversee project team activities to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality, escalating people delivery concerns as needed.
- Manage the risks and opportunities register, ensuring its availability for the head, along with possible mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Master’s degree.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in project/programme management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT/telecommunications.
- Experience in Telco digital transformation is strongly appreciated.
