Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of transportation topology node launches, involving monitoring multiple operational dashboards, managing change requests from partner teams, and coordinating launch activities across last mile and middle mile nodes.
- Deploy requested jurisdiction changes within the set SLA with a high degree of accuracy, while tracking topology launch milestones and flagging execution risks in real time.
- Collect and analyze data on transportation topology jurisdiction changes and analysis, while contributing to business growth in a constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions.
- Work on scaling up processes quickly by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
- Bring data-driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute to operations and growth in the organization.
