Responsibilities
- Assist in building a travel operation system tailored to the company's business and travel characteristics, improving the quality of travel product delivery.
- Oversee travel services operations, including managing travel suppliers, service-level agreements, and performance reviews. Coordinate with internal and external service teams to optimize travel systems and address users' daily travel queries and escalated complaints.
- Participate in cross-border mobility projects and collaborate with procurement teams to enhance travel service implementation and optimize processes.
- Conduct research to identify user needs and suggestions regarding the company's travel products, promoting timely solutions for special requests.
- Manage supplier services to ensure delivery quality that meets our organizational needs and enhances travel efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in tourism, business management, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer service operations, travel, or procurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business travel operations and related knowledge.
- Excellent learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactivity in identifying and addressing operational risks.
- High sense of responsibility, customer-service orientation, and effective communication skills for teamwork.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role involves supporting Chinese employees.
