Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily treasury operations, cash positioning, and liquidity requirements.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet business obligations.
- Oversee working capital management and optimize cash utilization across the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage banking facilities, financing arrangements, and payment operations.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate fluctuations, and financial risks.
- Prepare treasury reports and provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely treasury operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in treasury management, cash management, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, and working capital.
- Experience in managing banking relationships and financing facilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
