Trellix L2 SME

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an application deadline of 30-Nov-2025.

As a Trellix L2 SME at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), you will act as the primary technical authority for Trellix endpoint security solutions, including ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and agent deployment. Your responsibilities will include leading the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Trellix agents, sensors, and security components across various operating systems.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-priority endpoint security issues, providing deep-dive analysis and support for the Security Operations Center (SOC) in threat detection and remediation. Additionally, you will create, enforce, and optimize endpoint security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while maintaining detailed documentation for configurations, SOPs, incident reports, and audit logs.

Required skills and experience include proven expertise with Trellix products, such as Trellix ePO, ENS (Endpoint Security), and Trellix HX (Endpoint Threat Defense), along with a minimum experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) methodologies.
