We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trusted Solutions Architect (TSA) to join our Enterprise sales team. In this role, you will manage all presales activities for select strategic accounts, acting as a forward-thinking advisor who anticipates industry trends, particularly in hybrid AI, digital transformation, and modern application platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive complex customer requirements from discovery through solution design and sales closure.
  • Combine Lenovo's devices, infrastructure, and services portfolio into impactful, value-driven solutions.
  • Influence senior decision-makers to evaluate and adopt Lenovo solutions, showcasing clear ROI and business cases.
  • Drive collaboration across business groups to optimize portfolio sales and create integrated solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and align presales resources.
  • Serve as the single point of contact coordinating sales engineers, solution specialists, and subject-matter experts.
  • Champion customer needs internally, ensuring solutions deliver on business objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain and execute consistent presales processes, including opportunity management, discovery, and solution validation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology solution design, with strong exposure to client, infrastructure, and services solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid AI solutions, cloud-native platforms, containers, and application modernization.
  • Exceptional negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • High business and financial acumen, with the ability to develop and present ROI-driven business cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact opportunities simultaneously.
