TS&A Analyst - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development | Strategy & Consulting

This role is for Emirati Nationals only as per local regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems leading to strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities where business and technology intersect based on assessments of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
• Independently lead small engagements or streams of work, ensuring client satisfaction, managing teams, and overseeing financials.
• Identify and nurture business opportunities, supporting development efforts until closure.
• Collaborate with clients and the company teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop and share content knowledge through active involvement in technology strategy operations.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership assets that provide innovative insights and guidance on relevant technology strategies.
• Interact with senior management at clients and the company to obtain buy-in on recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
• Proven and relevant consulting experience or strong in-house experience in IT & Digital strategy and enterprise architecture roles.
• Must speak Arabic and be fluent in English.
