Job Duties
Under general supervision, you will:
- Provide specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area.
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with the technical customer base and provide expert support to the Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) and Technical Professionals (TPs).
- Attend critical jobs where service quality or complexity could be an issue.
- Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues, including performance review and process improvements to better meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with local Business Development personnel to ensure customers are updated on technology.
- Initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI) requests related to Technology.
- Play a mentoring role over the ATPs in the service center.
Qualifications
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
- Diversity training is preferred.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer license is required.
