Responsibilities
- Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and helping them discover how the company and third-party products and solutions can enhance and support their businesses.
- Proactively engage with and provide excellent customer service to the company Retail Business customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating them on relevant buying options.
- Serve as the go-to expert and store team mentor on business customer needs and solutions.
- Collaborate across the company Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events, recommending unique offerings that fit customers’ business needs.
- Lay the foundation for long-term relationships between local business customers and the company Retail through proactive engagement, exceptional service, and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in the Customer Relationship Management app for reliable business intelligence.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in other areas of the store.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and fostering curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate the company’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
- Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
- Familiarity with the company's products, services, and solutions.

- A track record of strong performance and results.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions under pressure.
- Capability to build rapport and work effectively with both internal and external customers, including business owners and executives.
