About
This is a Graduate Trainee Role. Please apply only if you are a UAE national with a family book and less than 2 years of experience. Key Accountabilities include:
- Understand initial design briefs with internal stakeholders & UX managers to determine the style, look, and feel for multi-screen digital projects in order to facilitate the most appropriate implementation.
- Iteratively conceptualize, explore, and evaluate web/mobile apps’ visual design/development solutions and support their end-to-end implementation.
- Provide inputs into the development of digital design guidelines.
- Ensure and manage healthy relationships with partners and agencies to ensure 360-degree support.
- Monitor and manage the delivery of desired levels of output from internal stakeholders for medium- and long-term projects.
- Work with mobile app developers to assess the feasibility of implementing solutions to meet targeted deliverables with stringent timelines.
- Ensure the visual conceptualization of screen layout, behavior of features, and interactions in line with digital brand guidelines.
- Create, maintain, and continuously develop a library of technical specifications and assets (user interface components, interactive elements, and layout templates) to improve operational efficiency.
- Produce multiple unique stylistic approaches to digital design problems to help address customer-centric requirements.
- Continuously follow and implement the latest UI/UX and development trends.
- Proactively support other team members to share team workload.
- Create micro-interactions for the UI and guide HTML/front-end developers to develop pixel-perfect HTMLs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in design or related field
- Relevant design experience or projects and assignments
- Expert in user interface design in online or app ecosystems
- Experience with user-centric research and evaluation, insights, and analysis
- Solid demonstration of journey creation and prototyping executed in amazing user interface design
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle
- Expert in IA/UI Tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills to compile clear specifications to designs where required
- Resourcefulness, initiative, and independence
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others, both internal staff and external agencies

In this program, you will receive training and rotations where you will be able to develop yourself and the skill sets necessary to work in this role after one year of completion as a Graduate Trainee.
