About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing the performance and health of a portfolio of 4,500 accounts. The role involves identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring that all team portfolio activities comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and health of 4,500 accounts.
• Identify potential expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
• Ensure that all team activities related to the portfolio comply with KYC requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and related activities.

• Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of KYC regulations and compliance.
