The candidate should have hands-on experience in UAT, SIT, Regression Testing, defect management, and release validation. Experience in Card Issuing, Credit/Debit Cards, ATM/POS transactions, Payment Gateways, and Card Management Systems is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for card-related applications and enhancements.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and execute end-to-end testing.
- Validate card issuance, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
- Work extensively on the Prime Card Management System.
- Test various card products, including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Prepaid Cards.
- Validate acquiring functionalities, including POS, ATM, and eCommerce transactions.
- Verify General Ledger (GL) postings and accounting entries related to card transactions.
- Coordinate with business users, development teams, and vendors to resolve defects.
- Participate in defect tracking, retesting, and regression testing.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and tested before production deployment.
- Support production validation during releases and post-implementation activities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Cards Issuing and Acquiring processes, payment transaction flows, and card management platforms.
- Ability to confidently explain end-to-end business and testing scenarios.
- Experience working in banking or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with payment systems and card switch platforms.
