Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of UGV platforms from concept to deployment.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee system architecture design, embedded software development, and sensor integration.
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on mobility systems, autonomy frameworks, and control algorithms.
- Conduct simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and field testing of UGV systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and performance standards.
- Develop system verification and validation strategies tailored to UGV environments.
- Collaborate with research institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
- Manage intellectual property, technology transfer, and innovation pipelines.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UGV/USV engineering and development management.
- Proven track record in autonomous vehicle project leadership and full life-cycle development.
- Deep expertise in software systems engineering, embedded software, and autonomy frameworks.
- Strong background in multidisciplinary engineering and systems integration.
- Experience in R&D, prototyping, testing, and operational deployment of unmanned platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and performance metrics for unmanned systems.
