Job Description:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design, including designing web and mobile applications.
- Experience in API testing and mobile apps; ISTQB certification preferred.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Report defects and assist in their understanding.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tracking tools like JIRA and JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Lead the UI/UX design team to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
- Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.
