UI UX Designer (Corporate Banking)

We have an immediate job opportunity for a UI/UX Designer specializing in Corporate Banking located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position is full-time and requires an on-site presence with an immediate to 15 days notice period.

Job Description:

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design, including designing web and mobile applications.
• Experience in API testing and mobile apps; ISTQB certification preferred.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Report defects and assist in their understanding.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tracking tools like JIRA and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Lead the UI/UX design team to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
• Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Ensure all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.
